Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a booking at Lavi Park Hotels Group.

Cancellation and Booking Changes:

• Free cancellation at any time before the reservation date.
• No modification fees apply for changing reservation dates after the initial booking, subject to availability and rates at the time of modification.
• Changes in room type or guest capacity are subject to availability and rates at the hotel.

Rental Agreement Conditions:

1. The tenant must pay a refundable security deposit of SAR 500, which will be subject to deduction in the event of any damage to the unit's contents caused by the client or their companions.
2. The tenant must observe Islamic conduct and manners during their stay in the unit, and not allow any persons other than their registered companions to reside, while maintaining peace and quiet to ensure public comfort.
3. The tenant is fully responsible for all unit property and must preserve it. In case of any damage, they must pay appropriate compensation as determined by the administration. The contract is non-transferable.
4. The tenant must ensure that the air conditioning, lighting, and electrical appliances are turned off upon leaving the unit to prevent any hazards (God forbid), and will be held responsible for any negligence.
5. The cost of phone calls must be paid immediately upon completion. The unit's phone must not be used for purposes contrary to conduct and morals, otherwise the tenant bears full responsibility.
6. Rental rates during holidays and seasons differ from regular days, as agreed upon with the management.
7. Check-out time is between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. In case of late check-out, a full night's rate will be charged.
8. Rental payments must be paid in advance.
9. If the tenant is absent for three days after the contract expires, the administration reserves the right to open the unit, dispose of it, and move the tenant's belongings to storage without any liability, and the contract will be considered null and void.
10. The management is not responsible for the loss of valuables belonging to the tenant inside the unit.
11. The tenant has no right to refund the rental value in case of early departure before the end of the contracted period.
12. If the tenant wishes to renew the stay or vacate the unit, they must notify the management in advance.
13. The contract is considered null and void in the event of a breach of any of the above conditions, and the administration reserves the right to cancel the contract without giving reasons.
